Before the World Gets Loud: A Miracle Frequency Morning Ritual
Nov 07, 2025
You don’t need a 37-step routine to be that girl.
You need 10 quiet minutes.
Because before the world gets loud —
Before the inboxes, the errands, the meetings, the scrolling —
There’s a sacred pocket of time.
And if you catch it…
You can set your frequency for the whole day.
For me, it looks like this:
💫 Wake up before the sun (around 5:30 a.m. — though lately I’ve been letting it be 6 if my body needs it)
💫 Breathwork (Wim Hof is my go-to) or a moment of silent meditation
💫 Soul Stories playlist — my curated soundtrack for remembering who I am (yes, I linked it here for you)
💫 Fire in the fireplace. Candles lit. The soft click of my journal pen on paper.
💫 Homemade cacao. A sunrise. My family slowly waking up around me.
💫 Miracle Miles walk — one mile of silence and presence, later in the day when the sun is warm again.
This doesn’t have to be your routine.
But I hope it inspires you to create one that reminds you…
You are a living, breathing, walking miracle.
And before you answer to the world,
Answer to you.
Try this:
Tomorrow, give yourself just one mile.
No phone. No podcast. No pressure. Just your thoughts. Your breath. The sound of your footsteps on pavement.
You’ll be shocked at the clarity, ideas, and gratitude that come through when you return to presence.
You don’t need to change your life.
You just need to remember it’s already a miracle.
And that remembering?
That’s how you tune back into the frequency that changes everything.
