Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made to order with love, which means we don’t keep stock sitting on a shelf. Production takes 4–5 business days, and shipping usually takes another 3–5. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your items—we promise it's worth the wait (and yes, we'll sprinkle in a little magic while you wait) and if we can get your items to you sooner we absolutely will!

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. and Canada. We’re working on expanding globally—miracles take time, but they’re coming.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Sometimes the algorithm plays nice, sometimes it doesn’t—but we do our best to keep it fair.

What sizes do you offer?
Most of our garments range from XS to 3XL. You’ll find detailed size charts on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for that cozy, soul-hugging vibe.

How should I care for my Miracle Magnet pieces?
To keep the magic alive:

• Wash inside out on cold
• Hang dry or tumble on low
• Avoid ironing directly over designs.  These pieces are printed with love—treat them with care and they’ll love you right back.
  
  

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?
Because each item is made to order, we currently only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If something isn’t right, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Email: magic@miraclemagnet.co

After You Order

What happens after I place my order?
You’ll get a confirmation email (cue the happy dance on our end), and then...the magic begins. While you wait, we’ll send you a few soulful surprises—like our Highest Self Activation Mediation (it’s SO good) and a snail-mail joy bomb. This isn’t your average online shopping experience. It’s a frequency shift.

Can I track my order?
Yep. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on your miracle-in-the-making.
