When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made to order with love, which means we don’t keep stock sitting on a shelf. Production takes 4–5 business days, and shipping usually takes another 3–5. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your items—we promise it's worth the wait (and yes, we'll sprinkle in a little magic while you wait) and if we can get your items to you sooner we absolutely will!

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. and Canada. We’re working on expanding globally—miracles take time, but they’re coming.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Sometimes the algorithm plays nice, sometimes it doesn’t—but we do our best to keep it fair.
